EBP allows people to bypass their thinking minds and gain insight and understanding through their feeling bodies. The process has been used to regulate emotions, decrease anxiety and depression, uncover and resolve unconscious blocks, heal physical issues, process trauma, and foster self-acceptance and love. Spiritually, EBP offers a path to reconcile "negative" emotions with spiritual teachings. True inner peace and the outer manifestation of our highest dreams can be hindered by spiritual bypass. EBP gives us a practice that allows us to be and feel authentically, so we may truly release what we don't want, and call in what we do. It is a mind-body technique that puts the saying "the only way out is through" into experiential practice.

Deep and lasting healing shifts can occur for participants in the areas of personal issues, health challenges, trauma, loved ones and relationships, and career.
